Can't Open JPEG image.

Hi Darian,

I am unable to open an image (jpg) with Visere. The crawl gets to the end of the line and then slams shut instead of opening.

I'm using AMD 64 X2 w/ 2gig ram and xp pro. Current with all patches, etc.

Any ideas? Undecided

Jane,

What version of Visere are you using? If it is the latest Beta and you are still having problems, can you please upload the sample JPEG image? We will resolve the issue ASAP and let you know when the update is available.
